Tim Kiely is a trailblazing figure in the private equity sector, renowned for his innovative approach to unlocking value within portfolio companies through advanced data processing techniques. With a wealth of experience in industries ranging from financial services to commercial real estate, Tim has built an impressive career centered around extracting insights from data and utilizing computational analysis to drive investment and business success.

Joining American Securities in 2018, Tim has become an invaluable asset to the firm by applying his expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and optimization. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Lead Data Scientist and Head of Research at a commercial real estate investment company. His previous experience also includes managerial positions at AIG's Data Science Group and a McKinsey-partner-founded data science startup.

Winston Ma, CFA & Esq., is an investor, attorney, author, and adjunct professor in the global AI-digital economy. He is a partner of Dragon Global, an AI-focused family office (founding member: Dragon.AI) and the board Chairman of Nasdaq-listed MCAA, a European tech SPAC, which announced its merger with the digital media unit of FCB (Football Club Barcelona) in August 2023. He is also an advisory board member of Capgemini (the Paris-headquartered Global IT consulting firm), Chairman and Co-Founder of ALPHA Technologies (an advanced AI conversational artifact startup), and an Adjunct Professor at NYU Law School on SWF fund and tech investing topics.

Most recently for 10 years, he was Managing Director and Head of North America Office for China Investment Corporation (CIC), China’s sovereign wealth fund. Prior to that, Mr. Ma served as the deputy head of equity capital markets at Barclays Capital, a vice president at J.P. Morgan investment banking, and a corporate lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He is one of a small number of native Chinese who have worked as investment professionals and practicing capital markets attorneys in both the United States and China.

A nationally certified Software Programmer as early as 1994, Mr. Ma is the author of more than 10 books on SWF funds, China, and global digital economy, including The Hunt for Unicorns: How Sovereign Funds are Reshaping Investment in the Digital Economy  and most recently “Blockchain and Web3” (among 2024 “six must-read blockchain books” by TechTarget). He has been frequently interviewed by CNBC and Bloomberg TV and quoted by major financial media including WSJ, Reuters, and Financial Times. He was selected a 2013 Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum (WEF), and in 2014 he received the NYU Distinguished Alumni Award.

Zheng Wang is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, and the global head of Strategic Principal

Investments. Zheng and her team make early and growth stage investments across capital markets,

wealth management and enterprise technology companies that are complementary to Morgan Stanley’s

strategic agenda. Zheng holds degrees from Bowdoin College, the London School of Economics and the

University of Chicago. She is a trustee of the Educational Alliance in New York City.
