Rado Lipuš is a founder, CEO and angel investor with expertise across alternative data and fintech solutions.

As the founder and CEO of alternative data intelligence and discovery platform Neudata, Rado has overseen its rapid organic growth. After bootstrapping the company’s creation in 2016, it has now grown to 80 staff across offices in London, New York and Shanghai, and counts more than 100 investment management, private equity, venture capital, consultancy and corporate firms among its clients.

Prior to founding Neudata, Rado’s experience spans 20 years of leadership, sales management, fintech and data innovation for the buy-side. As the managing director of PerTrac, a provider of hedge fund data and analytics software, he worked closely with leading tech-focused PE and VC firm Insight Partners to grow PerTrac and secure its subsequent acquisition by eVestment/Nasdaq in 2013.

Rado has advised several companies on their data monetisation strategy.

Rado is recognised as an alternative data expert and is frequently invited to speak on the subject at conferences.

Daryl Smith is Head of Research at Neudata. He and his team are responsible for researching and discovering alternative datasets for a wide range of asset managers and investment management firms worldwide.

Prior to Neudata, Daryl spent five years as an equity research analyst at boutique investment firm Liberum across a number of sectors including agriculture, chemicals and diversified financials.

Prior to Liberum, Daryl worked at Goldman Sachs as an equity derivatives analyst and regulatory reporting strategist. Daryl holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath and is a CFA charterholder.

Ian Webster heads the client engagement group at Neudata, working with 150 investment management clients. He has spent the last ten years helping hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks and retailers to get value out of traditional and alternative data.

Ian holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, and a Saltire Fellowship in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts.

Sondra Campanelli is the Head of Marketing at Neudata. With a strong background in content strategy, brand management and data-driven marketing, Sondra spearheads Neudata’s global marketing initiatives, driving growth and raising the company's profile among buyers and sellers of data.

Sondra leads a marketing team that focuses on brand strategy, content development, digital engagement and event promotion. She is also responsible for overseeing Neudata’s media relationships and communications strategy, ensuring the company's insights are shared with as many practitioners as possible.
