Pallavi Pal, as Head of Product, has been instrumental in driving product strategy and innovation at Grata from its Seed stage to Series A. She has had a wealth of FinTech product development experience working at larger corporates, Moody's Investor Service, as well as growth-oriented businesses such as Ipreo.

Her tenure at Ipreo showcased her ability to scale businesses, contributing to its acquisition by IHS Markit and S&P. Over the past 8 years, Pallavi has specialized in developing solutions for private capital markets across the investment lifecycle.

Rachna Srivastava has extensive product and engineering experience in Capital Markets, Wealth, Investment Banking and FinTech having led some large innovative and transformative products and capabilities.

As head of product for data, AI and platform at Symphony, Rachna is responsible for driving product strategy and execution, while playing a key role in how newly acquired assets are integrated into Symphony.

Prior to this, Rachna held various roles, most recently at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, building next generation Wealth Management Solutions, in Capital Markets (FICC), and at Microsoft driving strategic product initiatives like customer data management (privacy and identity) for several years.

Rado is the Founder & CEO of Neudata. Prior to founding Neudata, Rado's work experience spans 20 years of leadership, sales management, FinTech and data innovation for the buy-side. Rado spent several years in quantitative portfolio construction and risk management at MSCI (Barra), S&P Capital IQ and CITE Investments. He has worked at leading financial services firms, and financial data and analytics providers including PerTrac, 2iQ Research, I/B/E/S and TIM Group.

Rado received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Graz, Austria and is a CFA charterholder.

Rainbow Chik has built two Data teams and has 8+ years of industry experience leveraging alternative data for fundamental research across equity and credit investments. She was most recently the Director of Data Insight & ESG Analytics at GoldenTree Asset Management, a $50B credit hedge fund based out of New York City, where she founded a centralized Data team to manage end-to-end alternative data pipelines and integration, from data acquisition, enrichment to analytics.

Through partnering with 60+ investors across the firm, her team delivered data insights that answer bespoke investment questions to help strengthen idea generation, investment due diligence and monitoring of portfolio holdings. Rainbow also started the ESG Analytics practice at GoldenTree to deepen the firm’s understanding of portfolio ESG risks and opportunities.

Previously, Rainbow also co-founded the Investment Insights team at Orbis Investments, a $30B equity fund with investments across US, Europe and Asia. She graduated from Columbia Business School with an M.B.A. (Dean’s Honor with Distinction) specializing in Value Investing and Data Analytics. She also holds a B.Com in Finance and Economics from University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management (Distinction).

Rob joined BMLL from Liquidnet, where he was Global Head of Equities with responsibility for Liquidnet’s global institutional equities business, an electronic trading network that includes more than 900 global Member firms that collectively manage $16+ trillion in equity assets. Based in New York, his focus was on providing asset managers with institutional-sized liquidity, value-added execution services and advanced analytics to help traders compete in data-driven investing and automation.

Rob joined Liquidnet in 2014 as Global Head of Execution & Quantitative Services (EQS) to oversee the development of Liquidnet’s award-winning suite of algos specifically designed for institutions and their unique workflows. In 2019, he became Chief Operating Officer at Liquidnet, overseeing global technology, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, corporate efficiencies, and vendor relations.

With over three decades of experience in electronic trading, program trading, prime brokerage, listed derivatives, structured products, and quantitative analytics, Rob has held senior leadership positions at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and Macquarie, where he managed global and regional sales teams.

Roshan is Head of Quantitative Research for the Investment Manager. Previously, Roshan served as a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel Global Equities. Prior to Citadel, he held Senior Quantitative Research positions at Ascend Capital, AQR Capital Management and Northern Trust Global Investments since 2006. Roshan graduated with an MBA from University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

For over 18 years, Shawn Kenyon has led development and strategy for award-winning technology for the financial services sector.

Currently, Shawn serves as senior director of product management and head of cloud product strategy at SS&C Eze. In this role, he oversees strategy for the cloud technology powering solutions and driving innovation across SS&C products. These include Eze Eclipse, the firm's cloud-native investment management solution, Eze Marketplace, an app-store experience giving clients access to an ecosystem of buy-side solutions and SS&C Data Lens, a data management and visualization platform.

Before joining SS&C Eze, Shawn led the EMS, FX, and core technology teams at Charles River Development, driving the build-out of a range of solutions, including execution management, regulatory reporting, FX, and commission management. Shawn also managed the development of Portware’s FX solution.

Shawn holds an associate degree in electrical engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in computer science from NYU. Shawn also attended NYU’s master's program in technical communications.

Sheetal is a Research Director at Neudata. She has extensive work experience in a variety of roles across investment banking, asset management and fintech. Prior to Neudata, she worked at BlackRock where she held lead roles in analytics, solutions and engagement; most recently within the BlackRock Aladdin Sustainability Lab. Sheetal also spent twelve years at Deutsche Bank, where she developed their quantitative fund research toolkit as well as holding positions in portfolio management, hedge fund research and client insight.

Sheetal holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Surrey.
