Ian heads the Client Engagement group at Neudata, as well as its busy programme of events. He has spent the last six years helping asset managers, investment banks and retailers to get value out of traditional and alternative data. Prior to that, Ian's experience encompassed analytical and commercial roles at Vodafone, Bank of Scotland and Liberty Mutual.Ian holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, and a Saltire Fellowship in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts.

Yong Lu has over 30 years of IT industry experience, responsible for business development, sales management and had other managerial positions in HP, Cisco and Brocade China and Asia Pacific region. Currently is the Vice President of Shanghai Data Exchange and Director General of Shanghai Data Innovation Center. He also plays an active role in communicating with different counties and organizations for big data applications, data exchange and smart city iGnitiatives in the Asia Pacific region and around the world.
