Jason Ng is a quantitative strategist and member of the Asia/Global Emerging Markets equity strategy team at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Jason worked on the buyside at T. Rowe Price and Franklin Templeton focusing on factor models and portfolio construction. Jason has a master’s degree in Risk Management Science and Data Analytics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance with first-class honours from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Francis Geeseok Oh oversees the business operations of Qraft Technologies, a SoftBank Group backed AI investment solution company. Qraft Technologies which provides cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies to over 30 financial institutions in the globe. He has appeared as a guest speakers at AI lecture classes, including Oxford Said Business School, HKU, and HKUST and more.

Francis has wide industry experience, including Vanguard, Direxion and Mirea Asset. At Vanguard, He was Executive Director of Vanguard Asia. Before that, He developed Direxion's Asia business and worked at Mirae Asset Global Investments as an ETF/Index and quant portfolio manager.

Francis holds a BBA from Korea University and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.

Dmitry Gritsayenko is a seasoned leader in the realms of risk management and technology innovation, currently serving as the Chief Risk & Technology Officer at MY.Alpha Management. With a career spanning over two decades, Dmitry has garnered extensive expertise in navigating the complex intersections of finance, technology, and risk mitigation.

Dmitry has also held roles at CIT, Blackstone Group and Ellington Management Group, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.

Frantz manages the Quantamental Portfolio at Maso Capital Partners, with in-depth comprehension of investment processes, risk profiles, portfolio construction, and investor behavior. His role also dives into developing analytical tools and frameworks which can attribute performance, monitor risks, and evaluate portfolio construction.

Prior to Maso Capital, Frantz has also worked in firms such as Matchpoint Investment Management, J.P. Morgan and MCM Partners.

Helena is the Head of Asia Research at Neudata. She covers APAC alternative data suppliers with a particular focus on China. Prior to Neudata, Helena worked as sales operation manager at UBS Evidence Lab and alternative data product manager at 86 Research and Juwai.com. Helena has also worked at Pacific Epoch as Co-Head of Research and senior TMT analyst.

Helena holds a Master's degree in Political Economy of Late Development from the London School of Economics.

Helina leads Sia Partners’ risk and compliance, data privacy and ESG practices in Hong Kong. She has over 25 years of consulting and in-house banking experience with deep expertise within compliance, finance, operations and risk functions. She has extensive experience and knowledge in AML/KYC, ESG compliance, data privacy, data management, regulatory reporting, non-financial risk management and RegTech. Prior to this, Helina held the position of transformation lead for finance and operations at various institutions including Nomura, Royal Bank of Scotland and Credit Sussie. Additionally, she served in consulting roles at two of the Big 4 firms. She holds the CPA, CESGA, CISA and PMP qualifications.

Ian heads the Client Engagement group at Neudata, as well as its busy programme of events. He has spent the last six years helping asset managers, investment banks and retailers to get value out of traditional and alternative data. Prior to that, Ian's experience encompassed analytical and commercial roles at Vodafone, Bank of Scotland and Liberty Mutual.

Ian holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, and a Saltire Fellowship in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts.

Jay Shen currently leads the Data Sourcing & Strategy for Balyasny Asset Management L.P., he is a leading figure in alternative data, leveraging unconventional sources to drive insights for businesses and investors. Jay has held pivotal roles in integrating alternative data into decision-making processes for tech and finance firms such as Yipit Data, Point72 and Moody's .
