The cost of environmental, social and governance ratings data may be set to increase in the wake of Moody’s decision to withdraw from the ESG ratings sector. The credit ratings and analytics company has agreed to a strategic partnership with MSCI that will see it “over time” migrate its existing ESG data and scores to MSCI.
