Gabriel Andraos jointly leads Voya Machine Intelligence team. As the Co-Head of VMI, he focuses on research and development into the application of AI and Machine Learning models for fundamental investing. For more than ten years, the VMI team has been using machine intelligence to run virtual employees – analysts, traders, and portfolio managers with transparent, explainable computer models anchored in fundamentals. Gabriel has approximately 26 years of investment experience.

Prior to joining Voya, Gabriel was a managing partner and co-founder of G Squared Capital LLP. Before that, he held senior investment roles in Europe, the U.S., and Asia, combining knowledge and experience in fundamental analysis with the latest tools in computing and data science. Gabriel received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University. He also has a Certificate in Quantitative Finance and several artificial intelligence, data science, and machine learning accreditations.

Joe is Global Chief Strategist and leads the investment strategy function at HSBC Asset Management.In this role, Joe is responsible for developing global macro and asset allocation research for the investment process, and for delivering thought leadership and market insights across client channels. Joe is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, and a regular contributor to the financial media.Previously, Joe was Co-CIO for HSBC’s Multi Asset Funds and the Chief Strategist for Strategic Asset Allocation. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Manager on a global macro hedge fund, working on tactical asset allocation strategies. Joe began his career as an Economist at JP Morgan Cazenove. He holds a MSc in Economics from Warwick University, a BSc from Bristol University, and is a CFA charterholder. Joe is a member of the CFA UK Advisory Council, and the Society of Professional Economists.

Marina Zavolock is a Managing Director in Equity Research and Morgan Stanley’s Chief European Equity Strategist. She and her team launched a new framework for European equity strategy at the start of 2024. Prior to that, Marina led Emerging Europe, Middle East and Africa Equity Strategy and Research at Morgan Stanley, where she and her team were ranked #1 in Institutional Investor. She has worked at Morgan Stanley since 2007 in a combination of research and sales roles across London, New York and Moscow. Marina holds a BA degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and is originally from Ukraine.

Patrick is Director of Political Analytics and YouGov's spokesman on political research. Patrick is responsible for election modelling and forecasting across YouGov's European markets, and leads on research and development for survey methods, data analysis, artificial intelligence, segmentation models, and MRP products. His work at YouGov focuses on producing in-depth knowledge and cutting-edge analytics, helping political parties, think tanks, pressure groups, and third sector and academic clients better understand and change their world in data. He holds a Doctorate from the University of Manchester and remains active in contributing to academic research and publications.

Mark is the Head of Data Sourcing at Capital Fund Management (CFM), the Paris-based fully systematic quantitative hedge fund first established in 1991. Mark is also the creator and host of The Alternative Data Podcast, which over 120+ episodes explores the growing world of alternative data with interviews with providers, funds, marketplaces, central banks and regulators. Previously, Mark was a Senior Geopolitics Analyst at Stratfor and he holds a Masters in Big Data from IE University in Madrid and an MSc in International Business from Leeds University Business School.

Aditya focuses on alternative data products within the Data, Valuation & Analytics division. He joined S&P Global Market Intelligence (following the S&P Global and IHS Markit merger) in April 2021. Previously, he has held Data Science and Strategy roles with global remit at Western Union Business Solutions in London and Social Market Analytics, Inc in Chicago. He has worked closely on projects involving machine learning and natural language processing application in Finance.

Aditya holds a Master of Science in Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology, United States and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India. He is a current member of CFA Society of the UK.

Alberto Lopez has recently graduated from UC Berkeley, where he studied a Masters in Data Science, and before that, he spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan in Applied Data, Investment Research and M&A. Prior to the Masters, he was Head of Data-Driven Equity Research in EMEA where he was in charge of incorporating AI and alternative data to enhance investment insights and drive automation. Prior to that, he was Head of European Chemicals and a lead analyst for Tobacco and Ingredient companies.

Alex is a research analyst at Neudata. As an analyst, he covers various topics, including news, weather, commodities and environmental datasets. Prior to Neudata, Alex completed a BA in Human Geography and Environment at the University of York, focusing on the role of ESG disclosures on company performance.
