Johnson is the head of Quantbot Technology in Asia.  Prior to that, Johnson was a board member at a private investment partnership involved in equity arbitrage trading in Europe, and a founding member of the core automated options market-making group in Hong Kong.

Before that, Johnson held different positions including the head of QSA-Asia at Merrill Lynch, a member of the Morgan Stanley ETL trading group, and a regional head of equity derivatives technology in a few investment banks in New York and Hong Kong. Johnson was an aerospace research engineer by training before joining the financial industry in London. Johnson holds a B.Eng in Energy Engineering, a M.Sc. in Computer Science, a Certificate in Financial Engineering and a MSSc in Global Political Economy.

Joshua created many types of local and global payment services with wide and deep functional spans. He also commands the strategy & process consulting, and financial & IT services. Major working of KDB, HSBC, Accenture, KDI, Hyosung USA, and some successful fintech ventures. Utilizing all past backgrounds, Joshua founded and developed Mandata Corporation(www.mandata.kr), which specializes in exporting Korea consumer payment data, mainly the credit card and POS data, to the global investment players with hedge funds focus. BA, MA, Economics from Seoul National University, Korea.

Lucy is based in Shanghai. She is responsible for researching and discovering alternative datasets in China. Prior to Neudata, Lucy spent sixteen years as a principal researcher, translator, and news assistant for The Australian Financial Review’s China bureau. Prior to AFR, Lucy was a lecturer for graduate students at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Lucy holds a Master's degree in English Education from Hubei University.

Michael has spent most of his career in Buyside sales and founded Directors Deals in 2001. That firm became Smart Insider in 2016 following a merger and he continues to serve as CEO. Formerly at Thomson Financial and Multex he has a passion for the industry and its people.

Nathaniel Rushforth is Dezan Shira & Associates' Senior Data Security & Compliance Consultant, based in Shanghai. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's in computer science.

Prior to joining DSA, Nathaniel gained more than a decade of experience as a practicing lawyer, specializing in tech-related IP, cybersecurity, and China-related data compliance matters.

Nathaniel's educational and practical background in computer engineering, software, and regulatory compliance allow him to engage with global companies to assess and solve compliance problems related to their businesses in China.

Saif is Business Development Manager for the Buyside in London. Prior to joining Neudata, Saif worked in Private Equity bringing vendor offerings to the investor community. Formerly an institutional equity research salesperson Saif has over 6 years of Capital Markets and Private Markets experience. Saif has held various positions with Barclays and more recently, Preqin.

Saif received a First Class BA Honours in Business Management.
