Geolocation
Deep Dive 2021
In partnership with Morgan Stanley as Diamond sponsor. This event is exclusive to Neudata and Morgan Stanley clients.
Over the last year, investors have opened their eyes to all of the ways that geolocation data can be used to better understand human behaviour. From tracking our shopping habits to assessing the health of travel companies to ensuring that people are complying with stay-at-home orders, geolocation is a data source that experienced a renaissance in 2020. Even companies like Google and Facebook got on board, sharing for the first time aggregated location data, allowing researchers to study human movement in new and exciting ways.
Join Neudata on 11 May to discuss the emerging use cases for geolocation data and how investors can use the source to track macroeconomic recovery, as well as sector-specific rebounds. We'll also delve into the privacy concerns surrounding geolocation data collection and how big tech firms are responding in an age where consumers are demanding more privacy.
