From the Bitcoin Boom/Bubble to $69m NFTs, crypto assets have been center stage over the past 12 months. Add to that the IPO activity among firms operating in this space and it’s unsurprising that we’re seeing growing interest in data sources that can be used to understand the crypto market.
The transparent nature of the blockchain creates a unique data landscape where large volumes of data are publicly accessible, including near real-time data on crypto transactions. Much of this data is challenging to make sense of or to derive value from in its raw form, which is being capitalised on by a growing ecosystem of crypto data and analytics providers who attempt to add further value to this public information. Beyond blockchain data, there are also a range of other alternative data categories that can be used to analyse crypto markets, from social media data to credit card data.
Join Neudata on April 28th as we explore the following; What does the future look like for de-centralised finance and smart contracts? Are we at risk of crypto assets becoming ‘too big to fail’? What is the risk appetite of global asset managers and sell-side traders for crypto assets?
